45Center Gallery
45Center Gallery is a contemporary art space sharing a historic Midway home with Georgie, featuring works by emerging and established artists from across the country. Together, the gallery and boutique reflect the vision of mother-daughter team Teri and Georgina Peña—a place to discover art, personal style, and thoughtful craftsmanship in a warm, welcoming setting.
Run by artist Teri Peña, the gallery draws on her decades of experience in painting, architecture, and design. Her own abstract-expressionist paintings sit alongside a collection of painting, photography, and mixed media by artists with distinct perspectives. With Teri’s working studio at the back of the house, the creative process is part of the gallery’s everyday life.
